Refund Policy
Wigs are non-refundable. Shoes have a 15-day refund policy. Only shoes that have not been worn outside (meaning, the soles are still in manufactured condition) can be refunded. Defective shoes may be returned within 15-days of purchase.
Cancellation Policy
All orders can be cancelled and refunded within 24-hours. If a print label has already been created for your order, a $15 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
